Cartoons by Catholics
Cartoons drawn by Catholics are also an important piece of history. These cartoons often published in Catholic newspapers served two different functions. The first was to offer commentary on current events, and the second was to offer humor on daily Catholic life. Both of these display aspects of Catholic social thought.
